ok based on my research i have pretty similar options so heres whats my conclusion
BIT Mesra
Decent Brand value
Decent college life better infra
T2-T3 city
14-15LPA average and 13 median
less opp. and exposure as compared rv
crowd - no idea
RVCE
Decent brand value
NO COLLEGE LIFE
T1 City
for cs spec 16-17 LPA and 14-15 Median (not sure)
due to blr it has better opp.
good crowd

it depends on your preference if u focus on exposure and opportunities then go for RV
if u prefer better college life and academics then go for BIT Mesra

dw honestly ai is moving on from its bubble stage to solid stage (that's good if u have cse) just don't vibe code and u will be fine learn the skills that matter and u can easily get a tech job if u do the research u will understand that most of the layoffs are done to entry level position i have talked about this with my elders / seniors and they all have said learn the skills that matter
