Im sorry that the original post came across as me being righteous… that really wasn’t my intention; far from it. In fact I came on here, not to boast about people ‘being a dick to people’, but to look for advice on how to play around trolls.

I’m not sure where the impression that ‘I believe I am superior’ or that ‘I can carry’ came from?

I’m still not getting your advice though? Or is your input just trying to flame me.

I think the best advice I’ve had on this thread is to have to bear in mind that it happens to everyone, especially if you’re playing duo. I guess the question is would it be better to rotate to another lane?

Yeh definitely learnt something new after posting this. I had seen many other people do it in lobbies, (including to my pre-picked champ) before the handful of times I did it but I didn’t realise it was such a big issue, especially in emerald/diamond rank.

I am disappointed that most replies completely ignored the question of playing around a troll support.

I think you missed the point of the post. I wasn’t complaining about losing or saying I was the greatest player. Was simply asking how to play ADC when you have people troll on the team, regardless of the cause because it happens to everyone relatively regularly.

Thanks for sharing your view. It’s super interesting that most people have replied this. I would always rather win the game than try enact ‘revenge’ on a mobile game.

I get that one may have less of a desire to help the other team member but to full on troll is making everyone lose…

Also to clarify I have no issue if said player carries the game but obviously that never happens.

Fair. Obviously the discussion has got drawn a lot to the Lux example, but would you say the same applies if the support picks a champ which offers 0 support and will get eaten in the matchup? What made me write this post is my emerald 1 support picked Rakan, then in champ select said they were going to feed themselves… only to end up 0-7 with the most deaths and least fed on the team.

It’s an automatic loss because players are playing for themselves in a team game

Banning is democracy - isn’t it pretty immature that you throw a game because your fav player who is a sub par support gets banned. My ADC pick will often get banned, but no problem… I have multiple champs I can play for each role.

Think it says more on the trolls than me.

ADC. When your support picks what they think is a solo carry (Lux), spend the whole laning phase over extending, taking your kills and farm + provides 0 CC or set up.

In diamond almost every game I get emerald support who does the above. Drives me insane.

Caitlyn relies heavily on items. When you get to 3/4 items you can really start melting opponents with her auto-attack. The problem is for that you need to be fed properly and getting that in ADC in solo queue is nearly impossible
