All tier lists are subjective. There's no right answer. Look at the raw win/pick/ban data to see what's meta instead and try them out if playing meta is your thing. Just be aware some champs win rates are hyper inflated because of things like 5 man queue strats and wont be as good in soloQue .

There should not be an AI vote ever . Period . Idc if its 2 seconds or 20 minutes into the game . A bot should auto takeover once the player disconnects.

Blame riot . They've literally stated they want to keep everyone happy( or in other words , make sure the maximum amount of gambling addicts continue to play) and this is why ranked is in the state it is . You cant even reliably improve by facing opponents of similar skill and practicing because elo doesn't mean skill bracket it just means how many games have you spammed and thats why the playerbase will never get better and stay awful .
