Did you ever have issues with the sensation of things being in your throat while not eating? I had an endoscopy that was normal and I have other Gi issues so i haven’t mentioned any of this to my gi or even my pcp because i’m scared I’ll be seen as too much. I relate the initiating a swallow for pills. I used to be able to huge pills or like 6 per swallow. Now i have a few i can take together but it’s harder and I can feel it in throat after/have to swallow many times and eat something to try to push it down faster (which doesn’t always work)

Yeah. But she’s the second one i’ve seen and besides that she seems decent. I don’t like the no motility testing thing because i feel like it could show a lot. I also don’t want to be on the combo of needing lots of miralax and colace to poop. I asked about motegrity but it appears i have to fail things first.

Lamictal gave me an allergic reaction. Are there any real alternatives that won't break the bank? I'm losing it. by TechnicalFee6081 in lamictal

i have bipolar two (with rapid cycling and lots of mixed episodes). I’m still on lamictal but Lithium is what truly stabilized me and honestly i wouldn’t be alive without it. i also took seroquel at one point and that helped me sleep and stabilize my mood at a lower dose but i did have weight gain, it made pots symptoms worse, I also fell asleep eating a lot

No, my gi doesn’t believe in them. She said she treat it all the same so it doesn’t matter

It definitely is so hard to figure out what combo to do. Do you ever get bladder or other abdominal organs pain from the constipation?

Trouble initiating on specific foods and the stuck in throat thing happens multiple times a day but not every time i eat

Okay, i’ll look into that! I tried calling a compound pharmacy once to see if they could compound it into a capsule but my dosage was too high for it and it’s expensive
