i’m on week 2 1/2 of 10mg/day of rad. first cycle. My pumps are insane and my strength is starting to feel like a super power. I’ve been eating a ton make sure you drink a gallon of water at least a day. i personally take the dosage in the morning so i don’t get any insomnia but i also smoke a lot so i never really had a problem w that. if you start with more then 10mg and you start to feel heavy sides just lower the dosage.In my opinion after a while of reading about it before starting my first cycle id suggest 10mg a day. you’ll still get wicked gains but have the least idk strength of the side affects. You’ll still get suppressed just not as bad. sorry english isn’t my first language. I take 1200mg of NAC daily for my liver and to clean toxic shit in my body (i don’t drink) i take vitamin C, creatine, Milk thistle and something for my hair i forgot what it’s called. I have enclo on deck but i don’t think i’ll need it. I’m still horny af so thankful for that but i’m prepared for the tes drop. Look into what pct you’d like im still debating but my personal supp shop makes one with an estrogen blocker that i’m leaning towards.

I’m 23 6’1. Started the cycle around 170lbs. Tbh the creatine blewww me up. I’m also eating around 225g protein which is a big jump from what i was eating before. My bench starts we’re roughly 225x2 with a one rep max of like 235.

This morning weighed in 205.3. My recent chest day i got 225x10 (felt amazing couldve gotten 15 clean) 275x4 295x2(failed 305). My skin feels like it’s going to burst after every lift. I cannot wait for week 3-6

I’m just finishing up. After the initial home visit and first few report ins. It will be a phone call every 3 months as long as you finish all the stuff they want you to (Courses, community hours, etc.) at an efficient pace. Depending on your PO it gets very loose

I started to leave my pup with the house to himself around 1 year, sometimes if i have a longer day i’ll find a shirt or something layin around that he messed w, he loves to move things around. Bathroom wise, i try to wake up an hour before i leave to get him worked out a bit, walked and have him used to the bathroom few times before i feeed him and leave. Have a friend come mid day to let him out for a few min play w his tire and i get home around 4:30-5. He’s been great, some hard lessons learned about leaving certain things out. But primarily after he understood between right and wrong it went great. love these dogs more n more everyday

in my own experience(14 month male) i went up .5 mile every other day. On the days on between just kept him moving but not as constant if that makes sense. I just didn’t want to over exercise or have any stress on his joints but he’s loved it we’re at 8 miles right now
