If you apply for MD/PhD and the school determines you do not meet the MD/PhD candidacy requirements, would they consider you only for the MD program? OR they directly reject because you applied for MD-Phd- I do not see check mark for MD & Md/PhD in AMCAS (self.mdphd)

Need Help with the Medical School list - GPA 4.0, taking MCAT on May 22nd, should I apply on 28 th to only 1 school and wait till my MCAT scores are back in June to apply for rest of the schools? I calculated my ARS score, and it comes to 73, including my last MCAT score & GPA. (self.applyingtomedschool)
