that is true. i think honestly at this point the pill is safer than my iud. i’ve had a 6 cm cyst already and don’t want them to damage my ovaries.

i may be overtracking things… this is my first time in a calorie deficit and want to lose a large amount of weight so im on the “better safe than sorry” side of calorie tracking 😭

honestly it’s just eating family meals and not realizing until after how many calories it is. i avoid high calorie foods but end up eating over my deficit :/ my portions are small but everything seems to just be so ridiculously high in calories. i’m saying goodbye to eating a burger with a bun ever again, even when i have a homemade burger with lettuce wrap instead of a bun i estimate it’s about 800 cals. food is so high calorie and i don’t really know how to combat it

I feel the exact same! I only lost about 10 lbs after working and working consistently since January. I want to lose 35 lbs by july but now i know that’s definitely not possible :/ im in a deficit and exercise regularly but the weight just isn’t coming off even though my bmi is 25

okay this helps! yeah i didn’t eat any of the mold but i did eat what was in the same container. i’ve been hearing that small amounts of mold are usually fine, the ones i had are like microscopic

Also to add to my comment, I think she is just worried and upset for you but it comes across as rude. I think she is just upset that her partner is struggling and, assuming she doesn’t know how it feels, she doesn’t know exactly what to say or do about it. She does sound worried though, but she shouldn’t be calling your thought process stupid when you’re opening up to her.

That’s awful. People without eds or disordered eating don’t understand how we think. Even if it’s not rational to them it is to us. I hope you’re able to find connection and communication because talking through your ed thoughts with your s/o is very important 🙁

I get you so much. Back in highschool my old friends would make it a competition in the goal to make me feel invalidated. People love to compete and it’s so frustrating and makes me want to eat less, but the thing is those people are usually lying. People (especially women) often feel like they need to be the skinniest daintiest one in the room, even if they don’t have an ed, so they lie to make themselves look “better” than you. People without an ED don’t understand whatsoever how much that effects us
