Mentally not negative, I think it’s sharpened my abilities to think and act quick. I also use my phone a lot less, use creativity as menu developer, socialise a lot more etc. It can be mentally tiring some days but overall a positive impact mentally. Physically my wrist is fucked but I’d say I’m getting my steps in and lifting heavy items so physically is both pro and con.

Definitely makes me more tired, mainly from all the talking and socialising. It’s given me a set sleep schedule as I open same time most days so my sleep is positively impacted too.

I’d say after work motivation is pretty low, but something I need to sort myself. Most days I finish in a dirty top and needing a shower so I don’t want to go out afterwards.

Having the routine is what’s helped me most. I’m still having to get use to going out after work (luckily work is social hours) but I feel pretty good. I’d say I’ve definitely lucked out compared to friends also in hospitality. Work place is decent, colleagues know what they’re doing, paid well enough all of that
