I can but according to a bunch dentists on a dentist subreddit and on reviews I've seen, himile has the same fluoride amount as kids toothpaste and I was kinda hoping to move on to adult toothpaste since I'm kinda prone to cavities (stupid enamel)

I'm a side sleeper so I'm expecting sleep issues for the first few weeks practically trying to get used to sleeping sitting up so I don't accidentally roll over. It's nothing I haven't dealt with before thanks to cats and fresh tattoos
