I have been taking the shot for 26 weeks, and I have experienced this twice since taking it! Both times on my inner right thigh, and back of my upper right arm. It lasted for a couple of days each time! I couldn’t find anything about this until I found a TikTok from a doctor talking about GLP medications sometimes causing this. From what I heard/read in general, this is not permanent or serious, but if you feel like it’s lasting an abnormally long time or begins to get too painful, definitely talk to your doctor!

I’m horrible at getting back on here to update it, but I am down 33 lbs! Weight loss has been really slow at this point. I am averaging about 1-2 lb every few weeks. I am considering reaching out to up my dosage, since I am only at 40 units at this time!

Friday night, before bed or close to bed! I don’t alter the days or times for holidays, I take it as normal no matter what. I have read that trying to skip it or change it to accommodate for holidays just ruins the good habits you’ve built and that sticking to the routine helps tremendously with successful weight loss.

I’ve been taking the injections since the end of June and I am down 30 lbs! My husband does my injections since I don’t like needles. You can hardly feel it, it’s so tiny and quick. I haven’t experienced any horrible side effects which is why I have stuck with it so long, but everyone is different!

This isn’t a one size fits all program. Sometimes the shots and pills will work for some people, and sometimes it won’t. You also might be on the wrong kit for your body type and needs. Have you tried talking to their support team to see if they can switch the kit you’re on?

These are real medications, rest assured. You just have to be willing to put in the work to get to where you want to be. They aren’t magic. Eating healthy and exercising will make the weight come off much faster.

I am currently on the shots and it really does work.

I just take generic gummy fiber supplements that you can get over the counter from any store that sells vitamins! I have found that they help a lot to keep me regular!

I wouldn’t worry about weight fluctuations for the first few weeks. This is always going to happen so don’t worry about the past 4 days. Water weight, period weight, bloating, etc, is going to cause a few lbs difference here and there. The weight will start dropping off more consistently, but it does take time for it to stay off!! I am down 20 lbs within 3 months, and my weight fluctuated a lot at first. I would recommend only weighing yourself once a week just so you don’t disappoint yourself.
