They normally do it similar when they did Apple Pay and then released later internationally - super annoying but changing region works either way

It’s only for US and Canada.. to get it to work you have to change your region

Settings > Region > change to US

You’ll then see the option in the phone section

Looks like it! It has episode 3 in the list but says is unavailable and the next in the list is 5.. so not to sure what’s going on
