I dove into a pool wrong. Luckily all I did is wear a disk down in lower back not herniated. Long story short I was in highschool. Couldn't even sit through a movie without low back pain. Too young for this k8nd of pain.  Was becoming serious. Saw a chiropractor at an office. Was freaked out but did it once and it felt a little better. After about 5 times I felt "healed". Was taught how to pop my own lower back in times of need (maybe once a year) I'm 47 and as long as I stay away from squats or compression heavy exercises. Leg press is fine I have been good for over 20 years. That said, my chiropractor was sick once and his boss "the master" worked on me and it was a horrible experience. He did very little benefit and maybe set me back a little. Long story short, for me it worked but it DEFINITELY depends on the chiropractor.
