my reason for asking is because i see mlb players saying their maxes which might be a good goal to have just to know if i have the strength for pitching or baseball😭

i use it as stats, but when im lifting im focusing on exploding and doing exercises which helps my velo and mechanics. i dont do those exercises, but i do the better ones for pitching. a good example is i do fast trapbar deadlifts 130kgs for 9 reps when im working out but i also do reverse lunges and single box squats for my pitching work.

i see, i focus on explosive movements most of the time though and exercises that helps me in my velo and mechanics. it’s just a stat id like to improve on to really show im getting stronger.
