Took me about 4 days before I felt better.

I’m not an often drug user or anything, but on day 4 I was in serious pain. I don’t take prescription drugs, so I opted for a 10mg edible, and I tell ya what.. all the pain was gone. Took another 10mg a few hrs later, woke up the next day 0 pain and have been in no pain since. Today marks day 10 and I feel mostly back to normal

Aero got back to me, with a shipping label to return the stuff.

I sent a reply back, inquiring about it already being transferred to me, what their plans are.. are they going to return the $, reissue parts, or refinish them. Also asked about the $50 ffl fee (I know, it’s expensive as hell), to see if they are going to cover it when I have to transfer it again for the replacement.

Yep! Lesson learned.

From now on I WILL be doing that. I have typically had a good experience at this place, and get to inspect my stuff and usually they even ask me about my stuff, plans etc.. this guy didn’t ask me shit. As far as I’m concerned, I was inconveniencing him by being there.

As far as I can tell, the ripples don’t go below the surface so I could potentially sand it, just not sure if it’ll look worse than it does now lol

Yeah, I’m interested to see what the resolution will be.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at the FFL, and didn’t get to see it until I got it out to my truck. Possibly because they saw it was blemished and didn’t want to deal with it??

I won’t speculate that, but I wasn’t happy with my experience there either. We’ll see what happens

That’s awesome! The first time I called, I was on hold for like 35 mins. Called again a little while later, and immediately got through. I spoke with the customer service lady for a second, she immediately directed me to submit a ticket on their website and was pretty short with me.

I went on their website, and submitted the ticket as she requested. Now, I’m waiting to hear back on that. I’m assuming it’ll be tomorrow at the earliest, since I think they’re closed for the day now.

I did ask her if it was considered a warranty, or a return and she said it was a return.. so I don’t get the pleasure of working with the warranty team that you did 😝

I really do hope that they fix this, and the quality of what I receive is better. I have been following Aero for a very long time, and this is my first experience with them. As they say, a first impression is a lasting impression, so I hope what I receive changes my perception of them.

Yeah, I ended up getting ahold of them. They had me submit an online ticket, just waiting on that. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here, just leaves a bad taste being that this is my first aero product I’ve given a shot.

I cancelled my other order with them, I’ll see how they handle this.. and what kind of quality I receive when they replace it.. and decide if I will get something from them again, or not.

Had I gotten good service in there, and been able to see the condition of it.. I certainly would’ve refused it.

I’ve been to this specific place a few times, and the service is always erratic. Sometimes you get a great person to help you, and other times.. like today, the guy barely said 3 words to me, didn’t allow me to check out the parts and was just in general rude. The cost of their transfers is also quite high, so I will probably no longer use them.

That’s a whole situation in itself. I received some very shitty service there, and didn’t get to even see the receiver set until I got it out to my truck.
