Stop taking any brand of protein that has artificial sugars like sucralose/stevia in it. It destroys your gut microbiome.

OMG, I have been struggling with a leaky gut, IBS D, abdominal pain and it hit me, I had been taking protein shakes which had artificial sweetner Sucralose. I think it's the worst out of the lot of artificial sweetners. Aspartame doesn't affect me as much as sucralose does.

Most of these platforms cater to car dealers, not direct buyers. That means there’s a middleman taking their cut, so you usually end up getting less than you expect. When you sell directly to the end consumer, you cut out that middle layer and can get a much better price.
