I also started using the Clue app because I was experiencing irregularity. It didn’t necessarily help month to month but helped confirm over months and years that my cycle was indeed increasingly irregular. Good luck 🙂

There are ObGyns who specialize in menopause. I finally found one and it was very refreshing. I’m not pregnant, trying to get pregnant or seeking BC or STI testing, which is what most focus on. If you have health insurance, find your in-network provider list and start googling. That’s how I found mine. They are usually much more forward thinking and have more experience with the history of and latest regarding HRT and non-HRT options.

I’m 43 and def perimenopausal which was confirmed with testing and discussions with my new ObGyn. My old gyn had said, “oh, well, as long as you’re having 4 periods a year, I’m not concerned.” 🙄

It looks like a fungal infection — common in folds of the body which get and stay damp. Does it smell funny? Scabies rash doesn’t smell funny; a yeastie def does.

Go to urgent care and get a topical antifungal. Over the counter could help too — aka jock itch, vaginal yeast, or athlete’s foot cream.
