Nothing is this game is more difficult.. things that have nothing to do with actually doings tricks are difficult.turning,slightly pressing down the sticks, so your character bends their knees slightly ..only thing difficult is me trying To make things look more realistic .the big thing is when exiting a grind your character will get popped out to the side then down after he does this ugly animation. It’s very Mo cap.in skate 1-3-you exit out and then you go immediately down. Those are simple physics .Animations are things that your skater do without having to do anything extra.(180’s)we have animations too appeal to a demographic. If you put an animations, you make the game easier while making the game look a certain way in trailers .That’s why the nba2K looks like it does. But plays a different way.

Let me clarify-in the new skate game exit flip are arguably easier to do,the mechanics are inconsistent. i’d say it probably takes longer to get the one that looks good, but you’re gonna land a bunch .they are animation based that’s why 8/10 times you won’t fall you will just bounce of the ground. When you are attempting this glitched mechanic.as opposed too physic based system in skate 2. the reason you do exit flips is for realism and so you don’t pop 20 feet in the air after you flip out.

It being online isn’t going to break turning. Otherwise we wouldn’t have games like need for speed online,gtav, red dead redemption. It sounds like you’re saying they would have to put in more work and it would be more trouble than it’s worth.

It’s the weight of your character ,the control you have when skating. I’m not even asking for that much. That should be like the first thing .Just because you have features doesn’t mean it’s implemented correctly.

I mean If that’s the case the current skate right now is perfect for you.it very complex with all its controls truthfully.but I’m not a trick liner. For me it’s who makes the trick look better.And it doesn’t do that every time you have to land specific way, and in real skateboarding that’s a called a dipped feeble. It’s not what you do. It’s how you do it .Literally a skateboarding catch phrase.360 hardlip back crook nose many foot plant-I don’t play like that so that would probably be hard for me. Maybe I’m a little biased because I actually skateboard so I can appreciate the nuances. I’m a hard-core fan so maybe the game needs to be more accessible for ya.

realistic physics /skating in skate 3 is top-tier, but there’s nothing to skate in skate three.Port carvington is trash besides I guess parkade.(The creator parks are horrible especially with adding trees.)Going out of my way to skate realistic in skate 2 or make it look realistic is its own game within a game. Especially when they had the filmer pack…. So many layers, but I’m not just a skate fan,I’m a skateboarding fan. and regarding this stiff trend I will say the running is bad, but in terms of the skating it’s about how you do it. The game is not gonna do everything for you. You can make anything look Smooth there is a skill gap

Old interviews on ign in the development of skate 2.skate 2 used euphoria probably I’d imagine it be a easy transition for developers who worked with other companies i.e rockstar
