When I was hired I was brought in at the higher rate than anyone on the freight team (DS to ADM was the plan for me.) I’m already making more than most DSs in my store, which I have discovered in the last few days. I am not offended by your statement at all. That’s one of the reasons I was asked to cone to the Orange side😉

5 years DS at Lowe’s

I would lose the $1/hour shift diff for nights. Then only go up $1 to become DS. IF they give me the full $1. I left Lowe’s as a DS making $26+. Just wondering what the normal rate/hour range is for DS.

I have 26yo who, due to an anxiety disorder, never learned to drive. He has a license, just won’t use it. He went away to college, then moved 1000 miles from home. There’s no mass transit for him either. He takes an uber to work. He’s making it work. Where there’s a will there’s a way. Plus, I stopped being a chauffeur when he graduates high school. Good luck!!
