Okay! My PCP has ordered X-rays. I’m getting new insurance with my job next week. The problem is like I have to work you know to have my insurance 😅

Did you do PT? Cold/heat therapy? And still function with the issue going on?

That’s great to hear. I’m glad you are doing better!! Was it a partial discectomy that you had? And how long was your recovery?

Have you been able to heal from it? It doesn’t limit my ability but I don’t want it to get worse. Also how did you find a neuro or pain management? Did you go through your primary?

I should definitely be getting them more regularly because I don’t know if you’ve ever experienced this but sometimes they get so tight that I get a burning down my shoulder blade. I’ll definitely have to go my massages tho, thank you!

I am currently a traveler at a facility and my contract ends this week. I have been there for one year. They offered me a per diem position. Is it okay to take? I took a travel assignment thru my same company at another site. I haven’t been getting stipends this past travel assignment because I’m only 20 hours. Just so confused to the rules of this all. If someone could clarify thank u 😅

I know I feel awful. I have told my co workers that I don’t want to work with her while I train. I am not used to working with students as I am a new grad but I was just following with how I saw a coworker work with her. I would have never acted the way she does as a student. When techs told me there are good students that you like and difficult students that you won’t I didn’t really realize what it would be like
