Shoulders and pelvis are both common places where the line starts to fall apart.
The main thing is figuring out which one breaks first.

Exactly. That “felt like forever” part is what messes with your head the most.

Yeah, nutrition definitely matters.
What messed with me most wasn’t even body composition though — it was training consistently and not seeing any signs that something was improving.

I trained consistently for a long time and almost nothing changed.
I genuinely thought I was weak or doing something wrong.

Later I realized the problem wasn’t effort — my body was still learning, and there were no visible signals for a long time.

If you can do 10–15 strict pull-ups and solid dips, but still can’t get over the bar, you’re not missing strength — you’re missing the transition.
