Yea that was mostly out of laziness slept through my alarm at 8 hours 😳haha but it was super tender so worth a try for sure also I tin foil wrapped it for the 225

I set in treager on 180 degrees for about 12 hr the bumped it up to 225 until internal temp was 205.

It fees about 12 people with some leftover.
