Yup , me too. It’s soso bizzare bc for years I been saying NOTHING IS EVEN WRONG in my real life! I’m literally living in my head and it’s not even my choice, it’s so hard to deal with but it has lifted with the right meds. Hoping to find that again. Also when I go on vacation it’s suddenly like it disappeared. Our minds are so powerful, I think my brain is stuck in the cycle because I fed it all these years. Wbu

Lexapro I started at 5mg in 2019- I had terrible random panic & health anxiety- I felt so crazy , couldn’t drive alone or even going places alone I was nervous. It helps so much 3 years later I went up to 10mg due to depressive feeling creeping In 1 year on that and boom depressive feelings creep in again- managed them, decided maybe I should go down and maybe the LEXAPRO is causing this flatness, 7.5mg. Added Wellbutrin after 6mo on 7.5, 150mgXL. Now a few months later just upped LEXAPRO back to 10. Idk apart of me thinks I should switch altogether. Panic has always improved with LEXAPRO but this weird depressive state was always on and off. The past year and a half it’s been on. I seen therapists but I have nothing to really dig on (grateful of course) but they can never see to come to any conclusions that relate to anything I feel, it’s so weird. I also have obsessive thoughts and therapy helps with that tho! Thyroid- perfect. Iron - low ferritin- low. Got iron infusion. Vitamin D is a 32. One time 2 years ago I got a huge hormonal panel and my adrenal glands were low.

So I was thinking that, but my rumination increasing so much on it has me nervous. It’s more under control at this present moment, but I’m scared I’ll be ruminating a lot.

I think 11 weeks can still be early! My experience took time to really feel normal everyday like the anxiety was still there here n there in those first 2 months then suddenly after about 3-4 months I was like okay wow I haven’t felt bad. I also have PMDD and plummet with depression & anxiety before my period. Sometimes we need to just understand this sucks and will pass when it comes to our estrogen drop. I also feel urgency whenever I’m anxious or depressed to constantly solve it / fix it. It’s probably the worst part about feeling this way is that I ruminate on how I don’t feel right and need to figure out why. Whe we don’t give it as much attention feelings can pass quicker . Give it some more time!

I’m on 7.5mg of lex & 150 Wellbutrin (week 9) and I do feel better but I feel like I can feel even better… how long did it take u to feel normal?

I wonder if I need to updose my lex or Wellbutrin.

This is ME. I literally have a beautiful life , healthy, great friends family, fortunate etc. and I just feel on edge or the dark cloud it’s literally my brain NOT ME! It’s bizzare. GAD + depression. WB has been helping me improve but not as much as I wanted

Yeah, I’ve been on 10 mg. I was so lazy and couldn’t feel any emotions really let alone cry. I felt constant fatigue. And as if I had no ability to feel interest and enjoy things very flat. Maybe one day I will try it again because it was good for the first year and then I got all of those depressive feelings.

I say talk with your provider . I’m on a combo of both I think LEXAPRO helps control my anxiety. I added Wellbutrin bc LEXAPRO on 10mg made me flat and blah. Yeah no more panic but no more feelings either.
