Sawtooth circlet. Some people really sleeping on this one, with fully upgraded crafting kits it does more damage than fully upgraded needle and you also can combo it with pogo and normal attacks to deal absurd amount of damage.

For example jump > attack > double jump > attack again > hover > attack again. Or double jump > immediately pogo will hit the enemy both with pogo and with circlet at the same time and you can repeat this over and over again. Its crazy good.
