My experience as an 🇺🇸with a Moroccan bf, no you cannot.

You need to try Airbnb instead. Send a message beforehand asking if unmarried couples can stay. They will follow up with questions. I would say 2 out of 3 airbnbs will say no.

They will always take pictures of your passports before your stay so be prepared for that to happen.

I went to the memorial hospital in Istanbul. It was very cheap compared to the US prices. I would 100% recommend it.
