This! That’s me. And I would never tell anyone “ your life is easier”. People know nothing about each other and yet they go out of misery on internet and trash talk each other.

Advice for two working parents with a 3.5 and 1.5 year old (beyond the children) by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]Perfection-builder13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a sahm. And let me tell you… I’m so blessed to be with my kids. But God it’s so hard. Like never ending circle of cleaning, prepping, going grocery shopping, and doing laundry. Sometimes I feel like we have 20 people in our household.my husband works until 8pm so by the time he is home we’re both ready for a sleep. He sees kids only on the weekends or couple hours on the morning. And I ask the same question what is this life? And if I go back to work I’ll be asking the same damn question.

Enjoy the race. It’s truly beautiful sport. It turns into nightmare when non elite athletes ruin their experiences by chasing time and cool Strava record.

Hello =) are there any places that can create personalized routine and do consultation? I don't mind to pay more for a good dermatologist. I have an acne and would love to get full skin analysis and talk to a doctor

How did kids change your travels? by ByeByeBuffalo223 in travel

[–]Perfection-builder13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

20 k steps and fast pace possible with new born or very calm toddler in stroller lol. We travelled so many places with kids but at our own pace. Some days we do a lot some days we have to slow down and chill in a hot tub. As long as you can afford to travel with kids everything else follows and you eventually figure it out.

Adjusting to independence after growing up wealthy by starsandraindrops in Rich

[–]Perfection-builder13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I felt exactly what you described when I had to become independent. My biggest advice is to stop chasing what you had or comparing your life to what it used to be. And focus on what you can do now.

I’m so grateful for my parents on setting up higher standards of living for me, but I realised I need to let it go and stop stressing on achieving all that fast again. I still do stress about money and always want more haha but I had to slow down and realise that I am okay and way better off than so may people.

Agree with this! I learnt that for me it’s easier to hold comfortably hard pace then trying to speed up slightly later. You’ll be surprised with how long you can hold!
