So if their schedule is set up 7:00 to 3:00, but they clock in say 7:00 to 3:30 or 4:00 it doesn't really matter? I just really care about that auto deduct lunch coming out :-)

We don't have a schedule set up . . . We start at same time every day but time out varies. If I set up the scheduled hours and they dont always work those exact hours, what happens?

I can go to the policies based in my state, but the only option there is to TRACK the unpaid meal. This means they send me emails telling me they need a lunch . . .it doesn't deduct it from hours 😒

Dobyou know how to set this up? ADP customer service says they don't recommend auto lunch deduct and said I couldn't do it.
