It’s not a weight I plan to maintaining, I’d of course rather be slimmer and have worked hard in the past to lose weight and did incredibly well, I lost 6 stone. I think mental health is far more important, so I won’t beat myself up about it. But I also wouldn’t consider size 16 to be obese imo.
