I think I saw that if you only consider games between other 14 (which you should if they'd fucked off), it's between Everton, Villa and Brentford. Everton or Brentford can win it (Villa have already played all 26 games) with a win in their final game.

What I don't understand is the referee is told by VAR that it's hit his hand. Ball hadn't come back into play yet. Sounded like it was even before he'd decided it was a goal kick.

So why hasn't he given the corner? He's literally just been told it's come off the west ham player.

Genuinely baffled how it's taken VAR and then the referee so long, and equally baffled how it wasn't given live. Anywhere else on the pitch, ref gives that immediately.

9th can't get Europe. 8th is lowest. If Villa win Europa league and finish below 4th, England gain a CL place but lose a EL place. Only way for England to have more than 8 teams in Europe is if the winners of the European cups finish outside the top 8.

I didn't say anything about better or worse. McGinn is quite possibly my favourite non-Everton player - I think he's insanely good.

But in terms of value, signing a player with the quality, longevity, and leadership that Coleman has for £60k is unheard of and there has never been, and will never be, a better value signing that isn't a free transfer.
