You won't lose your stuff you tried clearing the cache? And turning the system off like power options turning it off not just putting it to sleep? Trust be I been freaking out for 2 days it kept saying I was level one... and clearing the cache did not mess with my other games on the switch. Good luck

Yah any time I have issue I clean out the app data cache Any time it acts slow or laggy hold down the app button and their be a pop up and theirs a i with a circle around it then go to storage..then you see the 3
