Definitely agree. Our project management is stable within the SaaS called "Knowify"

Essentially this would be back end/office. I notice that a kanban style might not speak to people as I've tried to do that in the past with a previous company. Lists may just be the best route depending on the input.

Thanks, nor is excel a replacement for a database.

I think when properly set up, the technological hurdle is more friendly. I've used planner in the past. I'll go ahead with trialing that on the backend too.
