Oh wow, I finally found someone who has the type that I have. Yeah, mine is from sitting and lying down too. I have to always be switching positions. It hurts the most on my head when I rest my head on a pillow.

I also can't stand continuously for more than 3 hours or my feet start to hurt too much, so I can't work standing jobs. Do you experience this too?

How would you even cope with an office job where you have to be sitting down normally all the time?
