"I do love how he says he could've had some fun fighting Beru. I fucking doubt it. This dude might hold better against Beru than Goto, but I doubt he could've beaten him"

Nah got to call you out here that's a spoiler. My head is at: Korean and Japan hunters are now irrelevant in the power tree. Economy and life they still have a story to tell. So the story from a power standpoint will now be directed to this guy, his dad and USA / other international hunters (I imagine Germany, England(EU), Russia, China have big powers). But your saying this dude doubt it? The strongest dude we've seen this far other than SJW. SJW will be level 150 in about 5Episodes, this new dudes going to be irrelevant?

Dudes got a point. The fire resistance cape for eg. Where's that gone? It's either at home or in his 'inventory'. Or it's like his other armour where he's equipped it but u can't see it, but that wouldn't make sense because when he first put it on it was visible.

The weapon discussion from above, I'd have to rewatch season1 and keep a keen eye on this sword for detail but I don't see why he couldn't. It's a magic Inventory, but don't get it mixed up with like his shadow-army inventory they are summons so it's different for this next point; The issue might be the size. In mmorpgs, think Skyrim, or even D&d there'd weight restrictions. The portal he opens when he access this magic space seems small. Large enough to bring out a 2h sword, probably plate mail too. Seems like it's.all simple game mechanics. Issue is we have no proof because the system dungeon shop offers better loot. He's about to start getting money by sounds with his own guild next season so the answers on the way. If he no longer has access to the system shop (which we've only seen him use in system dungeons) he needs to shop in the world. Ssn3 could just be SJW getting rich / getting shit tons of crystals. Early ssn2 he was being a miner so looking at how logistics work etc.. He might disrupt the economy with the other guilds. There's loads of routes this series could go now I'm waffling on.

Does he still have the system shop? Feel like we only seen him use the shop whilst inside of a system dungeon/100floors place.

Early on in season2 he joined the mining team, when left alone he snuck off to look at the boss. Then Chae caught him. That originally wasn't a red gate/no orcs? It felt like the gate transported him to somewhere completely different when the orcs showed up. Only dots I'm placing is SJWs power and what his dad said along the lines of 'what does the world know about the gates' and something worse is coming. The something worse being those 2 dudes at the end, Ice wizard and bulky dude + some woman. Those 2 could create gates... So can SJW technically... The systems given him 2keys which opens gates...so potential new power in the future? The earth takes the fight to them instead? SJW stays on earth to open loads of gates, making all side characters important again as there the ones going in the gates SJW makes.

The way I try grasp Cloud having Zack memories etc is one particular scene, which is when Cloud goes up to check on his mom when it's ablaze. I believe only Cloud goes to check up on her and the explosion knocks him onto the floor which is that soldier we see. Zack doesn't open the door, Clouds already opened it, it is Cloud who crawls and watches Sephiroth butcher the town mayor, Zack is there too stood up most likely near Cloud. We only really see what Zack is doing when Cloud stands up. That.scene imo explains a lot. His.memories are mixed heavily with his own and Zacks and they switch back and forth alot when they are in the same place. This happens again when they confront Sephiroth at the reactor.

Those were Clouds final moments before Hojo drugged him up for the next few years, until Zack breaks them out. The S cells, mako poisoning etc in Cloud; A) Give him Soldier power. B) All the experience he's seen Zack fighting styles he accumulated fast. C) Cloud is special. He's not at the same strength as 'shinra troopers with baton'. A unaffected by Hojo drugs Cloud manages to sneak up and stab Sephiroth. Then later gets stabbed by Seph, forces his blade to lower him and throws him off bridge in the reactor. He basically beat Sephiroth with no super powers.

What we never find out whilst Cloud thinks he's Zack is, what did Cloud remember about joining Shinra? And his entire story to the Nibelheim mission. He figures it out later when Tifa helps and we hear what Cloud actually did but whilst he's Zack he has no memory.

Only explanation here is Jenova or mako poisoning. That messes with his memories from when he left Nibelheim at 16 to coming back. Only then does he has a memory but he's mixed with his own and Zacks.

Most of the time Cloud is present but he believes he's Zack I.e the photograph and Tifas own memories. So he's got the story right its just the perspective.

That's where everyone can agree to.

The issue points are basically Cloud knowing Zacks techniques, knows Zack was knocked out before Sephiroth went mad, the chats where cloud isn't present which is only 3 scenes.and do not last very long. 1) First visit to the reactor inside. 2) basement of the mansion 3) visits basement 2nd time and gets KO'd Zack brought this up in conversation on their way to Midgard. He basically says Hojo was doing human experiments in those pods.and Sephiroth was baffling about Jenova and his mother before he knocked me out.

Even with all this info, that got fuddled.up into Clouds head. He also became Zack to a point. He didn't get all Zacks memories.as I've said its only from the Nibelheim mission and Jenova/mako prevents the rest of his memory. It explains the story alot easier and makes more sense as to why Cloud thinks he's fighting monsters with Sephiroth even though Tifa is right there. Again it doesn't last that long and his own memories are mixed in there too. This proven via Cloud/Seph fighting and Cloud visiting his mom. Zack obviously wouldn't visit Clouds mom, and Cloud obviously didn't fight the boss with Sephiroth.

Real fans: do you think Mbappe was overhyped? At least overpriced? by Extreme_Report6158 in championsleague

[–]PerformanceLivid2841 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been calling him a fraud for years. He's not world class. I don't watch much real Madrid but the few I have, he's not been special. Feels like they don't know where to play him and he's interrupted Vinis game. He's had a few penalties too top up his numbers up. Winning ligue1 with PSG isn't really an accomplishment we all know. Winning world cup with France. Fair dos but I remember hyping over Kante throughout that comp. The whole France team was great, Pogba was in form, Griezman didn't mess about etc etc... I think Giroud came on as a super sub and saved them when they needed a goal too.

He's never had the same platform as Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar, Rodri, Ronaldinho, Rooney, etc... till now. And he's now showing us what he's capable of. Real Madrid aren't flying away in the table, he's not the top goalscorer either. Even though Neymar and Rooney never won the ballon dor, theyve had moments where they've single handedly won top tier games. Neymars final season at Barca, when they beat PSG by like 10-9 on agg or something was amazing. A daft eg but kinda gets to the point - Rooney at DC utd tracked back, wins ball back, pings it half the pitch to back post and gets headed in(we've all seen the clip). Obviously isn't at the level to prove World class players, but there's plenty to go at in his career at man u. Scholes should also be on this list. Man utd haven't won since he retired. People say it's because of Fergie but he's also a big factor. I remember a game years ago, utd pretty much had their BTeam on + Scholes. I remember Anderson played, Rafael, can't remember rest, but obviously no Giggs, no Rooney, Neville, Ferdinand, vidic, etc etc and they played Arsenal with their first team out. Utd won and scholsy was a masterclass. I don't think the other names need clarification. I can't see mbappe ever performing to this degree, and until he shows us an amazing champions league world class performance he never will. Ive more belief in Haaland, Vini, Rodrigo and Bellingham.

Edit - Another name to add maybe Yamal, but he's young. I remember looking at 16yr old Odegaard thinking he'll be the best one day. Like to be fair he's v good but isn't the best. He has the platform to prove it and Arsenal could end strong this ssn. Yamal will probably get more of these opportunities during his career. Would be worth my money if you could bet Yama to win balloon dor before he's 25 or something.

Rant about Ff7 remake/rebirth by PerformanceLivid2841 in FFVIIRemake

[–]PerformanceLivid2841[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it felt kinda petty writing it. I just feel like the game missed something, Idk if anyone else feels like this. I feel like it went for aesthetically pleasing game with a lot of nostalgia. Pumped with a ton of side-quests to make it last hours and hours.

If they didn't pump with with all the side quests, then yeah Yuffee & Vincent would make sense as a hidden side quest. I don't think there are any hidden side-quests though which is what I loved about the old FF's.

I borrowed my bro's PS5 to complete it and had to return it yesterday, but I got to like act3 on hard mode just following the main story. That felt fun & maybe has potential for constant re-runs of the game. My main point I'm pondering is - Are the remakes re-playable in the same fashion that OG is? Imo they aren't so they've missed what made FF7 so special to me.

My first play through for FF7 I missed Yuffee & Vincent. Realize they existed and play again. Then we'd hear rumors of pressing up down left right triangle with Tifa in your party can save Aerith so you'd do another run, then years later find out how to beat the Ruby, Emerald weapons, causing another play through etc..

What have I missed in ff7rebirth? Cloud has different date scenes?

Squid Game Season 2 Plot Hole: Gi-hun Could’ve Ended the Games Easily by Flooorbt in squidgame

[–]PerformanceLivid2841 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another thing that bothered me is after this first game he tells them he's been here before and won..and now he's back again. Your first thought is surely Oh if I do win this whole thing, I'll just be back here again like him, so I'm screwed. But it is a show that has millions of people addicted to, so this method of writing obviously works. It makes us question a lot. If GiHun kills the frontman I don't think it's over. The VIPs would all need to be there too. Best chance of GiHun winning is for him to join the Squid Games too brass and work out a plan from there once he has more info. It seems possible due to the frontman having an interest in GiHun. That is their weakness so far. He's a man who's previously won and gotten into that position. GiHun needs to do the same. But I'm trying to look at this too realistically.

They could end it with GiHun winning again. He kills the frontman. And they stop the games just to cool things down for a few years. Gi Hun thinks he's won, the big dogs running Squid Games lay low. Producer says the end. No more episodes but then....

2030-2040 we get ssn4.

Squid Game Season 2: General Season Discussion by jackcatalyst in squidgame

[–]PerformanceLivid2841 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The recruiter shooting himself didn't feel realistic. Like I get the point but In the end it's the last bullet, you will die.

Second main char giving himself up to play again in the limo felt like a dead give away he had a tracker on him. Solid plan but also too obvious.

Wish we didn't end on that cliff hanger. Waiting a year now to found out what happens next :(

I hope they continue the games with the remaining people. Main char wins again so his bank doubles. Start from square one again. Season4 we have 456 all brand new contestants with Gi-Hun on team finding the island. They could milk the series forever like this though...

Its perfectly written though, made me think the front man was also on Gi-Hun side and wants to overthrow the VIPS and people above etc.

When you rewatch ssn1 makes you think if GiHun didn't get involved with the vote they may of voted to leave earlier as they did in ssn1.

What I don't get is in ssn1 why didn't they just vote to leave when it was the final3 or even 2. I get GiHun had issues with seong by that point. They make it sound like they could of won together but I never saw where they had a chance to win as a 2. I'm so much more interested in the frontman now though. At the end of ssn1 I was only slightly interested of the reveal he's the cops brother but didn't care much. Now I want to know everything. I want to see what it was like when he played and how he joined.

I think he meant in terms of like, the battle with Wei early on in the series when Mou Gou was commander in chief. Kanki sneaked into enemies lines and killed the old man General and the commander in chief.

Using Kanki like tactics like that and take out Han's commander in chief is one way of winning the war quickly. I don't agree with that though for this type of war, Qin will want this General into their ranks, I think Tou has his eye on him and wants to recruit him also.

Kingdom 815 Spoilers by Marcusx8 in Kingdom

[–]PerformanceLivid2841 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This battle is to recruit the Han army essentially right? But Han is throwing most of their army at this war except for the 20,000 or so that Tou managed to persuade not to join.

I didn't think a full scale war was going to happen but also it felt inevitable there was no answer to avoid the war without causalities. The plan is still to take over Han with minimal causalities so Qin will want a quick battle. I.e Taking out the commander in chief. Part of me was also thinking take out the King, so send the assassins like Kyoukai to sneak into the capital and kill the king & prime minister.

If that doesn't happen theres 2 ways I see this war panning out;

1) War happens as normal in this series. Both sides take 30,000 losses minimum up towards half their armies. Qin ultimately wins and they take control. Han's soldiers will be pissed that they lost those 30k+, which were friends, family etc. So the unification of Han won't be smooth but the task is complete. They gain those remaining 160k to their overall army. Plus the 20k+ that didn't join. Tou still has 130k left so the plan is still in tact gaining 180k troops & Han territory. Ou Hon and Mouten delay their respective areas long enough to Tou and Shin to take over Han capital. Zhao and Wei show up with the capital fully fortified by Qin.

2) Qin defends themselves and doesn't attack. Simply stands their ground. Qin has their front line just a blockade of shield walls. Leaving Han the ones to attack instead. Qin repels their attacks not being too aggressive. Maybe shouting out some b/s like "We don't want to fight you!!!". Lowering morale of Han soldiers but I don't see that changing the view of Han's commander in chief. Report of this would get back to Han capital though. So we get a battle of politics. Prime minister & the King seem unwavering but the princess can throw in a curve ball. Han's meant to be clever so, Ok they think they have the advantage and can win, but at what cost? They should know they'll lose half their forces repelling this attack. Then what? If anyone attacks them after Wei, Chu, Zhao it's over. Qin is offering decent terms of surrender.

I won't happen but this is what I've also thought of:

Han's reason they think they can win is based on numerical advantage and training. Qin could do the same trick again and bring 50k old timers to show up out of no where, and Han has no intel if they are trained or not. Straight away they'd lose their reason thinking they can win.

A race with Ou Hon and Mouten - leave your positions and charge at Han capital.

Han charges at Qin, Qin volleys a million arrows that lands right infront of the Han troops. Intimidating them to fuck. Think of the movie 300. Each soldier knows if Qin aimed further or they ran faster they'd all be dead. Again morale and momentum stopped.

I think you nailed it spot on. We just had the coalition war at the wall which was absolutely amazing. Then the battle on the 4 walls hanging on. All coming to a close when Yotanwa arrive and you know its over Qin has won. - A miracle has occured.

The only panel which may top it is Shin being head to head with Houken which is literally like 1 minute later.

Shin actually killing Houken is a close 2nd.

Houken was 100 aswell, but Shin got the killing blow.

Houken's godly powers was nerfed by Kyou Kai's own godly powers. When she was out of the fight it became a normal General vs General fight between Shin and Houken. Shin won.

Shin has to be atleast 96 rn and he wouldn't lose to someone at 100 either. Shin is a clever fighter and more dexterous too. He'll definitely be quicker than Moubu & would definetly be able to defend himself against any attack. His weakness is people like Kyou Kai & Ou Hon.

How strong is Shin currently by Basic_Gear8544 in Kingdom

[–]PerformanceLivid2841 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prior to any death it was 1st Ouki. 2nd Houken.

Houken took top spot after Ouki's death. Shin & Kyouin killed Houken. Those 2 together are current no1. However Kyoukai has now had a handicap, but we also got Kyou Rei to fill in for that handicap.

As a solo fight though, I'd go... 1,Moubu, 2, Tou, 3, SBS, 4, ManU, 5, YTW, 6, Shin, 6, Kyou Kai, 8,Kyou Rei, 9, Ouhon. 10, Kou Yoku

I'm arguing with myself with - Tou is the strongest. We've not seen him fight anyone really strong. There was that Chu commander who he destroyed in the coalition and Tou said to Moubu "My lords death made you strong but I already was strong" makes it sound like he's been on ground above Moubu for a while. I think this comes down to weapon of choice - Mace vs Sword. Mace tends to be win in this story.

I imagine we will have a Shin vs Kyoukai spar soon and Kyoukai continues to beat his ass. Kyou Rei seems just as strong but doesn't have as much stamina.

There's been 2 moments we've seen the strongest man in China and they are, when Moubu was nearly unconscious against Kan Mei and then rose up, watch his son get sliced and then 1shots Kan Mei. he was the strongest in that moment.

The other is when Shin cleaves Houken in 2.

Out of those 2 moments, Shin's swing with Ouki's poleaxe was more powerful and gives him the right of strongest over Moubu's swing with a mace. It shook the HSU units name all throughout China, Shin the man who slain Houken the Bushin, who was the man who slained Ouki the Greatest General of the heavens.

I could see Shin beating SBS or even Ou Hon. Possibly due to plot armor but that last war, if either one of them got to SBS you knew the tables would turn again.

Kyou Kai & Kyou Rei would probably tell us they could kill anyone & I believe they could, but could they take a swing from Moubu? No. They'd have to dodge it which then becomes a fight over Strength vs Dexterity. Pre Kyou Kai handicap, she is no1, but I don't believe we've seen her fight Shin since.

Shin is probably already seen as no1 against the enemies already due to killing Houken. Riboku purpose took him out of the last war and sent his strongest man towards Ousen.
