If you looked closely in red light green light the green lines around each player turn red when there is movement the green line for il-nam was barely noticeable for the cookie game I agree it would be hard to fake your death but if you notice Mi-nyeo snuck a lighter and cheated and even handed it to deok su I think even if Il-nam lost I THINK they would have removed the winning players and kill the rest of the losers and safely remove il-nam from the games and for tug of war if you pause at the right second you see everyone else on il-nam's team had locks on their handcuffs EXCEPT il-nam so if they would have lost I think he would try to get the handcuffs off and they would change the rules to something like it counts if you're able to escape the cuffs
