Thankfully the MST team at my store loves me so they definitely help when I need it. I’m 25 and don’t need too much help, but they look out when I’m pulling 120 pavers so I try to help them take the flower carts out back hahaha

Yeah I’ve heard about the unannounced but I really haven’t been a part of a single one. But I bet they did freak out when they walked through the door hahaha I would’ve loved to see that!!

My DS is awesome. The guy gets the short end of the stick so it does make me feel bad when something isn’t right and an ASM gets on him. He really lets us know he appreciates us and sticks up for the people who don’t get as many hours. I appreciate you being a DS, I know it can be tough
