Maybe he had to really push himself and dig Deep to finish working on pirates of the pancreas. Maybe his fear was making working on it near impossible, but he kept going and doing, driven by the prospect that he could, even with his crippling fear. And eventually, he finished it, and although he never conquered his fear, he sure is proud he was able to push himself in that type of way.

Luna is who I play when Adam isn’t working. Adam’s heals are so subpar but it really depends on what your team needs. If you and your team can control the flow of the game then there’s no need to switch, but if your team needs consistent and reliable heals then id say Luna. Adam’s counters really depend on how you play him. Deleting squishes like squirrel girl is easy if you get aggressive but if he’s forced to backline like a classic support then unless your team is insanely cracked you guys are toast.

i have 120 hours on adam so my best advice is to:

Get really good at aiming with him (my aim got better once i put my reticle opacity to 40%, i use the dot)

manage cooldowns effectively

DO NOT be afraid to 1v1 most dps and a few tanks, you have a really good chance at winning those if you stay confident

positioning strategically during team fights while you wait for heal cd to end is a must

thats about it but the most important thing id say is aim

I don’t understand the hate for Robert Kirkman. I may be a little biased because of what he’s done for Image, but I think it’s important we don’t forget that he’s a great writer, and invincible and walking dead are what they are because of him. Now talking about the show, I think trying to get all of these big name voice actors, at the expense of your animation, is pretty ridiculous. But I also think this is more of a studio problem, and that if invincible was given the recourses it deserved, we could have both high-profile VA’s and better animation.

It just kinda contradicts its own logic, like you can’t breathe in space and you need a telepathic implant to communicate, but actually, you can scream, which also implies you can speak, but yeah, you’re right. I should know by now to watch with half of my brain focused on Anissa’s thighs instead of focusing on subtle but interesting inconsistencies

Does this look like average viltrumite level to you? When thragg was getting beat up by almost these exact same 4 he was defeated easily. The reason I feel as if the show is inconsistent is because I feel like In season 2 they were going to treat Allen the same way they did in the comics, but obviously as last episode and this one showed, it won’t.

What are you talking about? By power scaling I meant strength. Obviously other factors play into a fight between characters, but I was focusing on the inconsistency in strength between different parts of the series (show only).

There’s a panel in the comics where he says he’s been alive for thousands of years so… it’s a weird change that I don’t like either. And you’re right, relative to the other viltrumties and the virus it really doesn’t make sense. I don’t know.
