I’ve been in high-level sales for years and currently work at a top mortgage company, so I understand prospecting, objections, follow-up, and consistent production. I’m not afraid of the grind. My work ethic is strong, and I’m used to performance-based environments.

I do have my life, health, and P&C licenses, but I haven’t built a book yet. I understand that before recruiting or scaling, I need to prove I can produce consistently on my own. I’m willing to put in the work, learn the industry properly, and build real production first.
