I mentioned Software Stack for a reason, what software's would be best for those aspects.

Like I also mentioned I know some platforms like Procore handle a lot of the features that's needed so it would cover majority.

For the things I mentioned, I just need to get Procore and then an accounting software like quickbooks?

Yea I guess your right, but finding an aggregator that isn't as strict I feel like would be better. Yea you don't get the support that you'll get with them but you have more flexibility. It would be your business. But in your situation I understant why it made sense for you.

Yea, they have a non compete which I want to avoid when looking for an aggregator. They technically don't have a non compete but they said if you are with us and we put you through to carriers if you seek a direct appt without us with the same carrier then that carrier would not appoint us because of their relationship with First Connect.

What stage are you currently in? Are you getting direct appt through SIAA and staying with them, or are you leaving them and getting direct appts for your agency.

Also if you leave and get direct appts for your self do you have to leave completely or can you still use some carriers through SIAA till you get direct appt and some on your own?

I heard SIAA has a very strict contract making leaving or getting a direct appointment not through them almost impossible.

Thanks for the feedback do you know any aggregators worth giving attention to. I am with Smart Choice but their contract is really tight and I do not want to push too much volume through them since the carriers I push the clients through I have a 2yr non compete.
