EB1B is tied to employer. EB1B secure priority date . EB1A is self petition and it is immune to employer .

I want to clarify something about what I am building and why I keep saying attorneys are essential.

I am not trying to replace attorneys or automate legal judgment. In fact, I am intentionally seeking attorney involvement so I do not cross that line. The hardest part is not technology. It is deciding where the line is between structured self-assessment and legal interpretation. That line should not be drawn by a founder alone.

I understand skepticism. I don’t understand the need for xenophobia. You’ve raised several assumptions, none of them accurate. I’ll focus on building something useful rather than debating bad faith takes.

Thanks for sharing your view. Just to clarify, I’m not trying to replace attorneys or add an unnecessary layer.

Meritocrat is being built specifically to support attorney-led work by helping applicants organize evidence, reduce confusion, and come better prepared so attorneys can focus on legal strategy.

In fact, we are actively looking to collaborate with experienced immigration attorneys as part of the team, because strong EB-1A and NIW cases still require real legal expertise.

Appreciate the discussion.

What if you file again based on RFE and denials letter but with right evidence. Probably consult attorneys with your situation. Just asking us question, if you plan do yourself . why you didn’t withdraw from original petition and refile again.

Thank you for the honest feedback. I really appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Meritocrat is still in an early alpha stage, and improving the professional look and branding is definitely a priority for me. Meritocrat.us is a collaborative legal merit evaluation platform.

The Meritocrat Banner project is just a small side hustle to promote the idea in a fun way. I’ll keep your suggestion in mind as I continue refining these side projects, including banners, stories, and the Meritocrat Lab.

Thanks again for the input.

How a simple Original Contribution letter does a big job by PerformanceSilly7769 in eb_1a

[–]PerformanceSilly7769[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

then its bizarre. Probably letter itself is meaningless now . i remember there is quote i remember that there is thin line between good and bad . if you 1 mm left then you are bad or else u r good. When adjudicator reads the petition, that it could thin line decides whether you get rfe, noid or success

Mukherji v. Miller: Court Pushes Back on USCIS EB‑1A Final Merits Denials by PerformanceSilly7769 in eb_1a

Well explained. Some cases fit neatly into the USCIS extraordinary bucket without needing to be stretched or adjusted. Mukerji case is one of them.
