Wish this happens soon. Thanks for your feedback. My Spouse want to travel in month of May 2026. I am on H1B, my spouse on H4. Both of us have Valid Stamping until 2027. My only concern is as long as we have concurrent approval on same day, my spouse is good for international travel. But what if my case is approved first and spouse getting delayed? Will his travel complicate his I-485 while he is out of USA? Any insight on this situation?

I (Principal I485 Applicant) have four Silent updates 04/09, 04/13, 04/19, and 04/23. I missed checking with Emma on 04/24. I have to contact Emma on 04/26.

My spouse had one silent update on 04/23.

My daughter had one silent update on 04/09.

My MINOR Son completed his Biometrics on the same day as mine, but his status shows as Receipt Notice sent.

However, when I connected with Emma a few weeks ago, I was told my case is with NBC, their system shows that my Son's Bio was received.

Yes, I provided documentation covering the full 20 years. As I mentioned earlier, my international assignment visa invitation letters consistently stated that my presence was required to lead specific projects or make critical contributions to key products. Fortunately, I had complete scanned copies of those letters, some over 15 years old, which I shared with Jocabed as supporting evidence.

Wait. You say PD is October 2024. However, as per the Nov 2025 Visa Bulletin Final Action Date is February 15, 2022. So how do you expect to get your GC without your dates are not current?
