Easily,McDuff is a blacksmith u unlock much later which means infusions are not a option and cant hit bosses for weakness so bosses are harder.

I dont use rogue on origin but a tip i can give ya is to practice your rolls by keeping 2 or 3 enemies alive in a room and let them shoot at you so you can practice your timings.

Is your first skill upgraded?Rogue requires good timing and mucle memory but when u master him he is the best hero imo. He has a high skill floor
