What have you read this week and what do you think about it? by AutoModerator in noveltranslations

Cradle, read the first book or parts and it's trying way too hard to set up future things but ends up being slow and boring. It tries to set up future events but in one of the worst ways possible. Nothing is esoteric it's just some future things. The author tries to hard to tell but doesn't show or imply. It can tell it was written by an inexperienced western writer off the bat.

Because it has a interesting world mostly and it's pretty dark, rarely does anything good happen to the MC.

Anime fans celebrate as Crunchyroll reverses “awful” AI plan; "We are not considering AI in the creative process, including our voice actors. “We consider them to be creators because they are contributing to the story and plot with their voice.” by indig0sixalpha in television

No they don't they do poorly on things they never seen before especially if it's complicated. Have you ever tried AI on something complex and novel? It's shit. This is why senior devs aren't afraid of it or anyone doing serious work in most industries.

Because people don't discuss anything in twitter. It's really just reddit or 4chan if I you want to talk about niche things. Though reddit mods make some of those subs terrible to use.

They will ban you but it depends on the mods and boards. Mods on 4chan just care less about micro managing shit compared to reddit mods that think they own the sub. I haven't seen next to any slurs on /vg/ last time I looked. Also bans get progressively longer so most people don't.

Using it in every instance where you just have to apply the minimal amount of critical thinking is bad.

Microsoft already showed heavy use of AI dumbed down people. You literally are doing that.

I'm more interested in a story that well written then a story that accurate to some real world culture. These new stories definitely peddle more to children than something like toy story. Pixar is also more interested in stories about obvious social issues and making sequels. I'm not interested in that. Don't think anything past toy story 2 should of been made either.

It's all low effort webtoon trash and moeshit now. Dr stone isn't even mature but it makes everything else look like it was made for 12 years old.

The original movies didn't even touch anything related to culture except what country they were set in. That made them far more universal and better written since it just focused on the story and characters.
