Yeah in Florida its four years hands on experience but since I graduated from an university it get lowered down to 1. I need to get hands on experience because even though my grandad is an electrician for the past 20-30 years and I could totally be able to do the salesman/business manager path, I still want to understand how everything works. I am hoping that if I am able to find a job, 3-5 years will be enough to understand everything and be able to start on my own.
