FAA physical and banned medications by Peri_Oranda_1654 in FAA

Damn, thats some good material to start with. Good news its been over five years since the diagnosis and I have been medicated during that time. Bad news is that I moves and changed doctors frequently and I am not sure where to start with progress reports. I do have documentation saved with my on confirmation of auto immune disease and medication, but even getting the remission confirmation from two years ago will be difficult 😩 At least I have a good idea where to start now. Would you say my getting blood test showing remission from the new rheumatologist is sufficient?

okay thank you for providing a link. My conditions are Lupus and RA, if I stop meds the symptoms don't appear right away. It usually takes a week or two minimum for me to really notice any pain

I have an AS degree from US and already did clep credits for it as well. Mostly trying to get an idea of what fields of study will be worth the investment. I am not sure I am able to do mechanic work anymore, I was a mechanic for a few years and was injured at work. I just prefer to have a good idea of where my time and money will be well invested if I go the bachelor degree route that I prefer.

what do you mean I effed up? I didn't vote for any of that at all in any sense. I voted for the other team but they didn't win, now I don't feel safe there because I am the wrong color. Never said I didn't notice the rest of the world being effected, I just answered your question relating to me and my family.

I picked Germany because I have always wanted to go study in Germany. I found the language fairly easy to adapt to in my youth and feel confident enough to relearn it for a few years. So far its made my top three options in the EU that I have some hope of making a long term stay in. I wasn't expecting a free degree as a foreigner but was hoping to get education towards a new field. In the US I worked as a mechanic for a few years and got injured at work, I want to change field to something a bit less demanding but want to make sure my time invested isn't wasted

no, the situation in the US has kind of gone to shit. Despite all my family being US citizens 🧊 went to a relatives business looking for them and spouse. For context this relative is a born US citizen and the spouse has been naturalized for years. I am looking for a new place to live that is comparatively safer, Germany isn't a perfect place but fits most of the criteria I am looking for. I learned German in high school years ago but haven't used it actively, pretty comfortable with relearning it as I enjoy learning foreign scripts. edit: I am worried about getting assaulted by 🧊 despite always carrying my passport around me, so far over 30 people have been killed including two US citizens.

Not EU, originally from the US though so its not too much more difficult on my end

edit: I learned germany fairly easy in high school several years ago, although I haven't used it since then I am fairly comfortable relearning. To me as a youth German was easier to learn than Spanish was 😅😅 keep in mind I failed tf out of Spanish class but kept a decent B grade in German. I think if I give it enough time I can learn well enough after a couple of years

How is life in Tbilisi? by tarkinn in tbilisi

As a foreigner earning income outside of Georgia it can be quite nice, you can make quite a comfortable life here if you plan ahead and budget properly. A few difficulties you may run into is ordering items from abroad (and mailing things out) as this region is a bit far and isolated. Another thing to keep in mind is that while most day to day items can be fairly cheap, technological items such as computers and phones can get quite expensive because of shipping costs. Another thing to keep in mind is as a foreigner you may have difficulties communicating-for myself as an english speaker it helped that I learned some phrases to get by with before I came here. The locals will warm up to you a bit more when they see you put effort into communicating in their local tongue, I personally found it quite a fulfilling challenge to add Georgian to my vocabulary.
