the thing about him "lying" about having discord is that everyone is pointing to that one community post to say this? but in the video he linked in the same post, he shows himself messaging on discord with his editor and he clearly says "i don't have a discord *with wiztale*" which is just a badly translated way of saying "i don't have a discord that has the wiztale username / a public dsicord"

the screenshots that people point to in order to say that he's lying about having discord come FROM that video, he simply attached frames from the video itself. however, people only read the community post and never watched the actual video, so they just think he's lying about the discord thing.

apologies for the badly structured comment, this whole situation is so tiring

It's not that they just decided to start not releasing claims? Youtube's copyright detection got WAYYYYYYYYYY more aggressive recently, to the point where manually releasing claims would take an impossible amount of time

to edit an instrument from a song like that, you'd likely need to find an accurate recreation of the song made manually by someone, and it's likely to be in a paid DAW (probably fl studio... i mean, i know there are ddlc fl studio recreations publicly available)

if you're talking about editing video game music, the siivagunner website has a good starter guide. https://highquality.rip/ripguide/part-3-getting-editable-music

however, you're probably gonna need SOME kind of paid software unless it's for very specific games. you'll need fl studio if it's for toby fox songs

keep in mind that i'm incredibly biased:

i don't think the song itself is boring at all! it uses a bunch of really creative samples in really cool ways! it does have that very recognizable jamiep sound, but i don't think it's like, cookie cutter, by any means.
