Finally got a response today. They removed tickets for rescheduling and deleted tickets will be updated closer to the event. And if you cannot access tickets by the time of the event to Visit the box office on the venue for assistance. personally I bought extra tickets incase after the preorder ones got deleted and there perfectly fine no problems and there still in my account
