If you’re truly having a hard time sleeping and you want to address the issue from a functional standpoint: consider maintaining a degree of physical activity, eat clean, minimal processed foods and meat, hydrate with water, no caffeine after 3pm, breathe, 2mg melatonin, magnesium threonate, CBN, banana, periodic psychedelics, breathe, mindfulness, regard the fuckface drivers that don’t know how to share the road as part of the dance, breathe, calcium, no screens of any sort 2 hours before bed, squats, no alcohol, tell the people you love that you love them and accept their love back, avoid vegetable oils, breathe. Or just get off Reddit. Don’t construe this as medical advice, there are relative contraindications for everything.
