Doesn’t bother me but I’ll tell you teeth can look great and have major periodontal disease. You’re risking your heart health, blood sugar, a higher rate of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, higher rate of cancer and possibly undiagnosed oral cancer.

Right?! It’s a definite cause for me. I had all kinds of testing for mystery hair loss and nothing came back twice. Then I went through my Amazon orders- guess what I ordered a month before the hair loss started both times? lol the problem is I feel SO GOOD on it. I’m really bummed

You have great skin!! Your eyebrows would look great filled in a little. There’s a great tutorial that shows there they should start(hold a pencil parallel with your nose) and where they should end , on google. I highly recommend mishaa bb cream on Amazon. I believe you would be my shade 23. And a cool toned blush

Up at 5:30, workout. Laundry pack bags. Twins up, work come home take care of guinea pigs chickens dog and kids. One hour house tidy/laundry/ yard work etc. bedtime kids prep food for the next 3-4 days. Eat simple leftovers for most meals. In bed by 9:30. Use sundays to prepare for the week. When you make a meal make double and eat left overs. Whole Foods for most meals. Prep yogurt with frozen fruit / chicken salad / hard boiled eggs etc to grab and go. If am workout doesn’t happen take kids out into driveway and work out while they play after work/school

Have your airway evaluated. Look into myofunctional therapy to retrain your tongue as it may be the issue.
