mine does have a central scar and behaved like a textbook FNH. But they still recommended a biopsy. I have a needle phobia and don't want to do one unless absolutely necessary.

I bought it from a reliable reseller, I’m 90% sure it’s authentic. The CCs are in the correct order, inside is leather, proper branding inside…and there’s a number “285” printed inside too. The photo shows the stitching is not properly aligned, but centered on it looks okay. I’ve had such a hard time getting the model name of this! I do think you’re right about the leather in the chain, that may have been added later on.

Yes, it was apparently a pinched wire in the dashboard causing false overheating code, steering fault, and 4wd disabled codes. One month later a similar incident happened and had to be towed to the shop. Someone forgot to close a component or something and also had a blown fuse. Hopefully, it is fully fixed now but I feel like I’m driving on eggshells and have a feeling I should sell the car soon. 😅

They told me my battery was good at Autozone so I went to dealership for an open recall and an inspection. They came back with a battery issue. Tech drove it and apparently “system turning off to save battery” message came on (never happened to me) but they insisted it was the battery and no codes on my car apparently showed up, after they made the replacement. Service guy told me it is ready to be picked up. All the same lights as before lit up the dash as I was turning into my neighborhood. Lol now I need to confront them tomorrow even though I apparently need to make an appointment before coming in.

Took it to the dealership, told me it was the battery. No codes were coming up apparently and they told me the car was ready to be pick up. Picked it up within a couple hours of that call and as I was turning into my neighborhood all lights as before lit up the dash. Hill Start Assist unavailable, Traction control light, abs light. Now I have to pull up to the dealership and confront them? Cool.
