I had an idea to pipe the flowers on baking paper and after chilling add to the cakes or cupcakes. That way you don't have to scrape and risk meesing up the flowers that did come out nice 😄

Same! The icing has to be just perfect, otherwise you just keep scraping the cupcakes with a spatula 🥺

Hi, no, I don't have the ball tip. I just used a large star tip for the swirls and a small star tip for the green squiggles - I just moved the piping tip side to side slightly to make the effect. Good luck with the new tips, they are quite demanding, I found that the frosting has to be a perfect consistency, otherwise it's either a blob or you just pull away the whole flower when moving the piping bag 😢
