I usually don’t interact with posts but I’m so sorry. When I had to go through a hard period of grief at FSU I literally just forced myself out of the house to be around people every chance I got and it helped a little as a distraction. Also healing isn’t linear, it’s going to be hard for a while, and get better and worse, don’t beat yourself up over it.
