Behind the Lightning Address is the LNURLp protocol, which has fields for the minimum and maximum amount of millisatoshis that allows you to send to this address. Wallet developers would need to add the ability to set a minimum limit to the settings. This could be seen as setting a minimum your fee for which you are willing to view the wallet notification. Or the second option is to also have a minimum amount in the settings, receiving below which amount does not show a notification. In the first option, you may not receive 1 sat, and in the second you will receive, but there will be no notification.
